Build 1.6
Yo, what's up?
So lets keep this short shall we? Build 1.6 is going to look a little smaller than the usual builds. Long story short, I've been super busy this past week. I had/have to prepare for a virtual class I'm teaching, learn Node.js for a backend assessment, attend a farewell party for a moving friend ): .
All this to say, if you've been following my other posts, which you haven't, then just know I wasn't able to add the Relic Maker I've been talking about. (Or the Distillery). I'll be focused on getting those done by next week for sure this time.
This build will feel more like a bugfix build, however it is still very much better than the last, as some of the bugs that I've fixed were kind of game breaking teehee.

-Continued background improvement.
-Added Clang animations! (Finally)
-Reduced some delay when casting the Spell 'Gami Bird'
-Fixed hit animation for Spell 'Tremor Stomp'
-Ailment Icon Bar has been updated! For now, the difference may not seem noticeable, but for the future, players will be able to hover over their ailment/buff/debuff icons and read a short description on what it does.
-Fixed inventory 'ghost using' issues. When the player would consume an item, the inventory occasionally wouldn't update in time.
-Players must now face the npc to begin dialog with them.
-By holding the S key down, after about a second, the camera will pan downwards; it will remain offset until the player releases the S key. I call this 'Downpeeking'. This will allow the player to view what beneath them before committing to jumping down. [Again the tutorial is a bit weak for now, and doesn't show this].
-Fixed an annoying issue where the background of some of the menus would randomly open, causing the game to 'break'.
Stylist Buffs!
Fia - Fia's buff now lasts until you cast a spell that deals damage, as opposed to just one round.
Velve - Watcher Puppet summons now grant +2 attack, down from +3, however, ever 2 rounds, the attack increases by 1. (This should make Velve more interesting as more spells are released, as his strategy is to summon many puppets, then keep them alive for big bonus damage.)

That'll cover all of it. Actually, not a bad list, now that I've finished typing the full thing lol. Next build should be one of my biggest yet. UI updates, Relic Maker, Distillery, new quests, maps and possibly(probably) a new Stylist or two. As always, love y'all and see you in 2.
